Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using judi4u. By registering an account or accessing any part of the platform, you agree to be bound by all provisions set out below.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and judi4u. By accessing or using the Platform, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use the Platform. judi4u strictly prohibits use of the Platform by persons under the age of 21. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. judi4u reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where the age requirement cannot be verified.
2.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances held within them.
2.3 Accurate Information. You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information at the time of registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. judi4u is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by the User.
2.4 Jurisdictional Compliance. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction of residence. judi4u makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in all locations. Users who access the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so at their own risk.
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your judi4u login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party.
3.2 All activity conducted through your Account — including all bets placed and transactions executed — is your responsibility, regardless of whether such activity was carried out by you personally or by a third party who gained access to your Account.
3.3 You must notify judi4u support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account. judi4u will investigate such reports but cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the User failed to maintain adequate credential security.
3.4 judi4u recommends enabling two-factor authentication on your Account. This feature is available in Account Settings.
4.1 judi4u accepts deposits via the following payment methods: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20). Accepted methods are displayed on the Platform and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
4.2 A minimum deposit of RM 20 applies for eWallet transactions. Minimum deposit amounts for other payment methods are displayed in the deposit interface at the time of transaction.
4.3 Deposits are processed and credited to your Balance in real time for eWallet methods and within 2–10 network confirmations for USDT transactions. judi4u is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, blockchain network congestion, or telecommunications failures.
4.4 You warrant that all funds deposited into your judi4u Account are from a legitimate source and that you are the authorised holder of the payment method used. judi4u reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the source of funds at any time.
4.5 judi4u does not charge a fee for deposits. However, payment providers may apply their own transaction charges, which remain the User's responsibility.
5.1 Withdrawal requests are processed within 15–30 minutes for fully verified accounts using eWallet methods during standard operating hours. USDT withdrawals are processed subject to network confirmation times. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or for accounts requiring additional verification.
5.2 judi4u may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawal requests. You agree to provide such documentation promptly when requested. Failure to complete verification may result in withdrawal delays.
5.3 Withdrawals will only be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible. judi4u reserves the right to apply alternative withdrawal routing in exceptional circumstances.
5.4 A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed in the withdrawal interface at the time of request.
6.1 judi4u may from time to time offer bonuses and promotional incentives to registered Users. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be clearly communicated at the time the offer is presented. General bonus terms include but are not limited to wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum withdrawal caps from bonus funds.
6.2 Bonus terms are fixed at the time of opt-in and will not be retroactively changed to the detriment of the User after the bonus has been accepted.
6.3 judi4u reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotional offer at any time prior to a User opting in. Once a User has opted into a bonus, the terms applicable at the point of acceptance remain in effect for that bonus instance.
6.4 Abuse of promotions — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, coordinated betting patterns, or exploitation of technical errors — will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and may result in Account suspension.
7.1 Each game available on the Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail for matters relating to gameplay.
7.2 All bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. judi4u does not accept requests to cancel, modify, or reverse confirmed bets except in cases where a technical malfunction demonstrably affected the game outcome.
7.3 judi4u reserves the right to void any bet that was placed at an erroneously published odds or in circumstances where a technical error affected the bet acceptance process. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the User's Account.
7.4 Game outcomes for RNG-based games are determined by certified random number generation systems independently audited by third-party testing laboratories. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game equipment operated by trained dealers in licensed studio environments.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where appropriate:
9.1 All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the judi4u brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, and software — is the intellectual property of judi4u or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without prior written permission from judi4u.
10.1 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. judi4u makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform or any content within it.
10.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, judi4u shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, or financial loss resulting from betting activity.
10.3 judi4u's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.
11.1 judi4u is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide a range of player protection tools accessible directly from the Account dashboard, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion options.
11.2 Users are encouraged to utilise these tools to manage their gaming activity. Responsible gaming controls are available without restriction and without account penalties for their use.

11.4 judi4u is strictly for persons aged 21 and over. 21+ ONLY
12.1 judi4u reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where: (a) a breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed; (b) fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected; (c) the User's jurisdiction of residence is identified as a prohibited territory; or (d) the User fails to complete required identity verification.
12.2 Upon termination of an Account for cause, judi4u reserves the right to forfeit any Balance held in the Account where such Balance was acquired through prohibited activity. In all other cases of termination, legitimate account balances will be returned to the User via the primary payment method on record, subject to completion of identity verification.
12.3 Users may voluntarily close their judi4u Account at any time by contacting support via the on-site live chat facility.
13.1 judi4u reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via the Platform or by electronic notification to the registered contact detail. The updated date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision.
13.2 Continued use of the Platform following notification of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account.
14.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which judi4u operates, as determined by the relevant international gaming authority under which the Platform is licensed.
14.2 In the event of a dispute between a User and judi4u, the parties agree to first seek resolution through judi4u's internal dispute resolution process by contacting support via the Platform's live chat. judi4u will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 14 business days of receipt.
14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal processes, it may be escalated to the relevant dispute resolution body designated by the licensing authority under which judi4u operates.
All RNG game outcomes at judi4u are independently certified. Published RTP figures are verified by third-party testing labs — not marketing estimates. Transparency on game fairness is non-negotiable.
judi4u commits to processing verified withdrawal requests within published timeframes. Delays beyond published processing windows will be investigated and communicated to the affected User.
Bonus terms at judi4u are locked in at the point of opt-in. We do not retroactively amend bonus wagering requirements or withdrawal caps after a player has accepted an offer — a common industry practice we explicitly prohibit.
KYC document reviews at judi4u are completed within 24 hours of submission during standard operating days. We do not use the verification process as a mechanism to delay legitimate withdrawal requests.
Deposit limits, loss limits, session timers, and self-exclusion are available in the judi4u Account dashboard at all times. Using these tools will not result in account penalties or reduced service levels.
judi4u Users have a clear path to dispute resolution — internal support first, followed by escalation to the relevant licensing authority body if required. No dispute will be dismissed without a documented response.
